Here at the Innerleiterhof Winery, at 450 meters above sea level, the pinot blanc feels particularly at home," says Karl Pichler, winemaker of the eponymous winery. The 40-year-old vines are still in full yield and get everything from the warm, mineral soil of the vineyards, which are all located directly around the winery. Wine has been grown here on the farm for 3 generations, in 2011 came the big change, since then the grapes no longer travel to the winery in Merano after the harvest, but are grown and vinified in the new, modern farm winery.

Not only as a guest of the hotel belonging to the winery, but also as an outsider you can taste and buy the wines of the Innerleiterhof daily from 08 to 19:00.
Every Thursday at 16:30 there is the possibility to visit the vineyards and the winery with Karl Pichler personally in the context of a guided tour, which includes a detailed explanation of the cellar technology and of course a wine tasting.
